Why is your pricing public?
Methodology transparency extends to commercial terms. If we hide our prices, we invite the same opacity we criticise in competitor measurement.
Why don’t you offer a free trial?
Statistical measurement requires 8+ weeks of data before results are defensible. A 14-day trial produces numbers we wouldn’t stand behind.
What does ‘20 prompts’ actually buy me?
20 brand-relevant prompts probed across 5 engines daily. That’s 100 observations per day, ~3,000 per month — enough for per-engine confidence intervals on citation share.
Can I see a sample report before I buy?
Yes. Email nathan@rectifies.io and we’ll send a redacted sample report from one of our design partners.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is exported as CSV within 7 days of cancellation and deleted from our systems within 30 days. Anonymised observations remain in the public quarterly dataset.
